Journaling can reduce stress and anxiety and help regulate emotions.
Writing honestly about your feelings on a daily basis can help relieve stress and anxiety. It is important that you write what you feel and not what you think others want to hear. It is a healthy way to release emotions. It allows for creativity. It can help you feel motivated and focused. It can help you strengthen your relationships when you write about your experiences and emotions, it allows you to reflect on understanding others better and working on communication skills.

Journaling can be like writing in a diary, it can be writing a poem, it can be writing out points and doodling. There are no set rules for how you journal. The important aspect is having that healthy outlet for releasing your emotions.

I understand that stuff happens, however scheduling an appointment involves the reservation of time that is set aside especially for you. When your allotted time is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else.

For anyone coming to the office today watch for ice. I am waiting for the parking lot to come and be salted. The sidewalks and entrance have been salted and are clear and or are clearing. The parking lot is still slippery.
The option is available to have a virtual session when weather is an issue.
