The sun is shining… let’s get outside 🧘‍♀️✨

Nature Yoga is back, starting tomorrow.

We’ll be moving with the rhythms nature with each class offered in a variety of outdoor locations. As Mother Nature has control over our experience, classes will be offered in pop-up style until we get more consistent weather patterns ☀️

Tomorrow’s gathering:
📍 Peach Park
🕔 Meet at 5:45 PM
🌿 Practice: 6:00–7:00 PM

We’ll take a gentle 15-minute walk together to arrive at our practice space, allowing time to land, breathe, and connect before we begin, and to integrate after.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• Warm layers (it cools as the sun sets, and you can still feel the mountain snow in the air)

Come move, breathe, and soak in the beauty of the season 🌊☀️

Starting tomorrow, you’ll find me at , a new yoga studio in on Monday mornings at 1030am.

Class is a Yang to Yin - Flow to Slow, where we begin with an active, flowing sequence to unload pressure and build heat, then gradually transitions into longer, quieter holds designed to release tension and calm the nervous system.

All levels are welcome and I can’t wait to spend time with you while we start our week together from a grounded space 🤗

Has anyone else felt like the can’t take in a deep breath lately?

The body, stress and breath are connected.

Do you ever notice when life around you becomes intense or overwhelming, it can affect your ability to take a deep breath?

This is your nervous system at work.

When you’re stressed, your body shifts into “fight or flight.” Your breathing becomes quicker, shorter, and more restricted.

But the beautiful thing is…your breath can also be the way back.

By gently changing your breath, you can guide your body toward calm and safety.

Here’s something simple you can try right now, wherever you are 🤍

Lengthen your exhale.

Inhale through your nose for 4
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8

Soften your shoulders.
Let your jaw unclench.
Don’t force it… just allow the breath to slow.

Longer exhales signal to your body that you’re safe.
They help shift you out of stress and into a more regulated, grounded state.

Try this for 1–2 minutes and notice what shifts ✨

🌿 Step outside and place your feet on the ground. Feel the air on your skin. Notice the subtle shifts, buds forming, birds singing, the colours becoming more vibrant.

🌸 Create a morning ritual. Connect to your breath. Invite gentle movement. Set an intention for your day ahead. Let the first moments of your day be quiet, grounded, and yours.

🌊 Cleanse + release. Spring is a natural time to let go. Clear your space, your body, your mind.

I had a word come forward today that felt so aligned to support the goals I am setting in 2026.

In doing a deep dive on this, I felt maybe this should be shared in hopes to create inspiration for you too 🤍

Life, for most lately has been wild…throwing us all the colours of the rainbow 🌈 as we scale through the peaks and valleys of it all. While we cannot stop life sometimes, what we can do is make the choice to take care of ourselves while we move through it. That’s how my word came forward…

The word is: DEVOTION

It’s the quiet choice to listen when your body whispers rest.

The brave decision to honor your truth even when it disappoints others.

The daily practice of tending to your nervous system, your energy, your boundaries.

Devotion to self looks like showing up for your inner world with the same loyalty you give to everyone else.

Keeping promises to yourself.

Choosing alignment over approval.

Returning to center again and again.

This kind of devotion isn’t loud.

It’s steady.

It’s rooted.

It’s a deep remembering that you are worthy of your own care, attention, and love.

When you are devoted to yourself, everything you offer the world becomes cleaner, clearer, and more true.
