Shoden (Reiki Level 1) is the foundation of the Reiki journey. You will learn to channel universal life force energy for self-healing and to support others.

In this intimate training, you will receive:
🌿 Reiki Level 1 attunement
🌿 The history & principles of Reiki
🌿 Hand positions for self + others
🌿 Practice time & guidance
🌿 A manual + certificate

This is a powerful first step for anyone feeling called to deepen their intuition, energy awareness, and self-healing practice.

✨ Shoden - Reiki Level One Training ✨

Reiki Level One is less about “doing” and more about remembering how to slow down, listen inward, and work with energy in a grounded, practical way.

🌿 On a personal level, this training offers you:

• A deeper connection to your body and intuition
• Tools to calm your nervous system and reduce stress
• Increased self-awareness and emotional clarity
• The ability to give Reiki to yourself and loved ones
• A sense of empowerment and trust in your inner guidance
• A gentler, more compassionate relationship with yourself

You’ll receive your Level One attunement, learn the foundations of Reiki, and leave with practices you can use immediately in daily life. No experience required.

When you go inward, you listen - to your body, your intuition, your emotions, your breath.

Going inward is:

✨ Reconnection - remembering who you are beneath roles and expectations

✨ Integration - allowing lessons, grief, growth, and desire to settle and make sense

✨ Alignment - letting action arise from clarity, not pressure

It’s not withdrawal or avoidance.
It’s preparation.

Like roots growing deeper before the plant reaches upward.

In the season of winter, going inward becomes a quiet declaration:

I trust my inner compass more than external timelines and pressures.

I had a word come forward today that felt so aligned to support the goals I am setting in 2026.

In doing a deep dive on this, I felt maybe this should be shared in hopes to create inspiration for you too 🤍

Life, for most lately has been wild…throwing us all the colours of the rainbow 🌈 as we scale through the peaks and valleys of it all. While we cannot stop life sometimes, what we can do is make the choice to take care of ourselves while we move through it. That’s how my word came forward…

The word is: DEVOTION

It’s the quiet choice to listen when your body whispers rest.

The brave decision to honor your truth even when it disappoints others.

The daily practice of tending to your nervous system, your energy, your boundaries.

Devotion to self looks like showing up for your inner world with the same loyalty you give to everyone else.

Keeping promises to yourself.

Choosing alignment over approval.

Returning to center again and again.

This kind of devotion isn’t loud.

It’s steady.

It’s rooted.

It’s a deep remembering that you are worthy of your own care, attention, and love.

When you are devoted to yourself, everything you offer the world becomes cleaner, clearer, and more true.
