Qigong is a gentle moving meditation that can be done seated or standing, is easy to follow and can be done anywhere. I am a trained drum circle facilitator offering:

I have been teaching Qigong/Simplified Tai Chi for 9 years. I am also a Reiki Master, Canfitpro Fitness Instructor, Active Aging Specialist, and certified in Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapy.

I started Balanced ~Energy ~ Wellness in 2012 to help others on their wellness journeys through Qigong, Drum Circles, Energy Balancing Treatments, Fitness classes, organic CBD products, and nutritional supplements. I have met so many fascinating, beautiful people over the past 13 years and I look forward to sharing, connecting and meeting so many more!

I am so grateful for every single opportunity I have had and will have, to share what I do to help others through rhythm, mindfulness, connection, breath, energy, and supplements. Thank you to those who served in the past and are in service today. As we Remember with Respect those who fought for our countries and our freedom, we can MAKE a DIFFERENCE with different events that are happening around our world today to raise the vibration of the planet, to promote PEACE & LOVE. We are POWERFUL in UNITY, as we join in coherence sending love, light and peace out to everyone on Mother Earth. How can you do this? If you are available from 11:00 -11:11am (yang time) and 11:00-11:11pm(yin time) sit in meditation in love and gratitude to connect with Mother Earth with your palms up (receiving position, going into silence to receive the YiQi of the Universe for 11 minutes. Then raise your palms up at eye level and send the received energy outward. 🌺💞🙏☮💞🌺

Happy Happy Thanksgiving! I am so very THANKFUL for our connection. A big Thank you to everyone who created our drum circle in Strathmore last night. Sunset, good friends, full moon! I love coming back, connecting, and sharing good vibrations with everyone! Happy Happy October & National Senior's Day! I celebrate all of the amazing seniors I am blessed to have in my life. I am lucky to have family members and regularly connect with many positive , active aging role models through my drumming program. My aunt trekked the Camino de Santiago trail in June to celebrate turning 85. I had 2 lovely ladies aged 104 this year ,who tried something new and drummed with me. Keep moving and learning new things!🎉🙏💞
