Healthy Kids Huron Perth

Our goal is to provide residents of Huron County a forum to receive current information on community events and promotions done in relation to the Healthy Kids Community Challenge in Huron County. Discussions around program themes prescribed by the Province of Ontario will be included. Administrators of this page are committed to provide information that is current and evidence based. Information provided is based on positive health messages promoting healthy behaviours such as physical activity and healthy eating. Professional support is provided by the local project manager for Healthy Kids Community Challenge Huron, public health promoters from the Huron County Health Unit and community agencies with the focus being on children ages 0-12 years old, in addition to families and community partners. All comments from the leadership committee of the Healthy Kids Community Challenge are general advice and guidance; we will not provide advice on an individual basis.
