At Total C.A.R.E. Physio we’re introducing weekly stretches to help improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and keep your body moving well between treatments.
This weeks stretch is for Hip Flexors!
Tight hip flexors are common with prolonged sitting and can contribute to low back and hip discomfort.
Try this stretch daily, holding 20–30 seconds per side, and move within a comfortable range.
Small habits each week = better long-term movement.
