The Chakra System
Chakras are energy centers in the subtle body, originating from Hindu and Buddhist traditions, that are believed to influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The seven main chakras are located along the spine and are associated with different functions and areas of life. Practices like yoga and meditation are often used to work with chakras to promote a sense of balance and wellness.
The seven main chakras
Chakra
Root (Muladhara)
Sacral (Svadhisthana)
Solar Plexus (Manipura)
Heart (Anahata)
Throat (Vishuddha)
Third Eye (Ajna)
Crown (Sahasrara)

Key concepts
• Energy centers: Chakras are seen as spinning wheels of energy where life force flows.
• Balance and blockage: When chakras are balanced and "open," energy can flow freely. When they are blocked, it can lead to physical or emotional issues.

I use crystals and Reiki to bring the chakras into balance. I also use Yin yoga poses to augment my teachings of balancing the Chakra System.

Emotional Support
Journaling
aling, or therapeutic journaling, involves writing down thoughts and feelings to process experiences, gain self-awareness, and improve emotional regulation and overall well-being.

It uses prompts to explore emotions, track patterns, identify triggers, and develop coping skills for stress, anxiety, and other difficult emotions.

Research shows it can lead to improved mental clarity, reduced stress, better emotional control, and even enhanced physical health.

📖 Journaling provides Emotional clarity and insight.
Writing about your feelings provides structure and helps make vague internal thoughts clear, allowing you to understand your emotions and reactions better.

📖 Enhanced self-awareness.
You can identify the underlying causes of your emotions and gain a deeper understanding of your internal landscape.

📖 Improved emotional regulation:
By understanding and processing your feelings, you can develop stronger coping skills and better manage your emotional responses.

📖 Stress reduction and mental health benefits:
Journaling can reduce anxiety, alleviate depression, and even improve physical health by lowering stress and boosting the immune system.

📚 Come spend time with me learning to journal in a creative way.

In this program you will discover different ways to bring creativity into your process. You will see you don't need to be a artist to art journal, you just need to be willing to let go of perfectionism.

When you allow creativity to be a guide for your thoughts you open up both sides of your brain to collaborate with each other. This in turn helps to work through the past into the present and create your future.

Emotional Support
Talking
An "emotional support talk" involves actively listening to understand and validate someone's feelings without judgment, offering support, and asking open-ended questions to encourage sharing. Key principles include creating a distraction-free space, offering empathy, acknowledging feelings, asking the person what they need, and keeping communication open.

When we work together I use all my knowledge and experience to learn as much about you as I can.

From our talks I can then begin to work on the emotional supports you need/want to allow growth and development toward your freedom and well-being.
