The throat chakra (Vishuddha) is the fifth of seven chakras, located in the throat and associated with clear communication, self-expression, creativity, and authenticity. A balanced throat chakra is linked to clear communication and honesty, while an unbalanced one may manifest as shyness, difficulty expressing oneself, or even constant talking. Practices like meditation, yoga, chanting, and using specific crystals are used to open and balance this chakra.
