This is my Amazing Husband!!! Despite his Parkinsons he continues to push himself. His determination is nothing short of Amazing!!!!

It hasn't been easy for him... he used to run a few 10KM runs a week.... its been a few years since he has done a run this strong... Im so proud of him!

For those who dont know... Jeremy following his Diagnosis of early onset Parkinsons when he was 33 back in 2013... He retrained himself as a personal trainer specializing in PWR! Move's... a program designed for those living with Parkinsons.

He is also able to work with others who have mobility challenges... privately or in a small group setting. Contact us for rates and information.

We had a successful 1st year in business... Now we are beginning year 2.

We offer customized support services. We support individuals and families.

Offering childcare for emergencies and parental burnout. Aswell as respite for parents with children with complex needs.

We offer our services to all ages. Children to Seniors.

Respite services for you and your loved ones, helping to lift the weight off your shoulders... Supporting caregivers and those with diverse and complex needs.

We also offer meal prep, errand services, Companionship in and outside the home. And much more!

Our housecleaning services now has a 3 month wait list. However all our other services are accepting new clients.
