Are you struggling with pre existing or developing new weaknesses and limitations? Is conflicting circumstances making your goals more difficult to achieve and manage? If this is becoming more problematic, more of an obstacle that challenges you, ignoring the problem isn’t going to be helpful, healthy, productive or sustainable. Being able to be completely honest with yourself and becoming open to constructive criticism or reflection while allowing yourself to be open minded, will help you learn to work with your limitations instead of battling them. Be open to creating bridges or pathways that allow you to work with yourself to find solutions, instead of having negative perspectives about yourself that drag you down. Sometimes the solution may mean allowing others to know what they can expect from you while in return, accepting what you can expect from yourself. Creating healthy expectations and boundaries while working within a structure that allows flexibility for both your strengths and weaknesses, is a goal worth pursuing. Working within what your mind or body are capable of achieving and balancing that with determination and ambition, may not always line up to your original vision. Honestly, this is ok and your success shouldn’t be compared or measured to someone else’s success path, or what you first planned. It’s ok to flex and adapt to your present situation and this doesn’t mean you are failing or inadequate. Each one of us has a unique path to experience and we need to view everything we are working through in a healthy perspective. Sometimes life is hard and you should to show yourself love and kindness, not bet yourself up for not being able to live up to expectations that are not fulfilling or realistic. The goals you wish to accomplish can come about in many different ways, focus on your unique path that is beneficial and balanced for what YOU are needing to manage, create and accomplish the goals that you are aiming to achieve.
