Let me introduce myself! I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 16 years. Prior to that, I was a Physiotherapy assistant for 6 years. Over the years I have worked with many clients, and have treated a variety of conditions.

My focus has mainly been on Sports Massage, Swedish and Therapeutic treatments, Pre-natal and Infant massage. My overall goal is to combine techniques to meet my client's needs while leaving them feeling de-stressed and relaxed by the end of their treatment.

I have always loved having regular clients who I can get to know, assist in their healing, and directly contribute to their ongoing wellness routine.

Outside of work, I am an animal lover and proud parent of both a dog and a rabbit. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends. I try to take time to slow down and enjoy the simple things life offers when I can, and do my best to keep up with my own self care routine.

Over the last few years, my business has detoured a bit, however, I am currently rebuilding and rebranding (stay tuned for more!). I would love to reconnect with clients I've lost touch with, and I am open to new clients and referrals!
