UPDATE

I am truly grateful for the kindness and support so many of you have shown me.

My recent abdominal surgery went well, and I am currently recovering while awaiting pathology results and clarity on treatment.

I will be returning to MyoMasters in March. However, as I continue to navigate upcoming medical appointments and a second procedure, I would like to apologize in advance for any potential cancellations. Being reliable is something I take very seriously, and I am deeply grateful for the understanding and grace my clients have shown me during this time. Please know that I will make every effort to reschedule any affected appointments as promptly and smoothly as possible.

I want to sincerely thank my clients and supporters for their thoughtful messages, well wishes, and for reaching out during this time. I look forward to working with you again soon.

Hello friends,
My name is Julie, and as many of you know, I’m the other half of MyoMasters Massage Therapy.

I’m sharing this with a heavy but hopeful heart. My business partner and dear friend Chantal is currently facing unexpected medical issues that require multiple surgeries. At this time, we’re unsure how long she’ll be away from work, but her recovery is expected to take weeks to months with periods of rest in between scheduled surgeries.

As a self-employed Registered Massage Therapist, time off means no income, while everyday living and medical travel expenses continue — for both Chantal and her daughter.

SNOWFALL WARNING

SDG Counties plow operators are standing by to begin snow-clearing operations as soon as conditions warrant later this evening. Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for our region, with as much as 25 cm possible before conditions ease Thursday night.

While our crews will work round-the-clock to clear snow, and we thank them for their efforts, we encourage motorists to limit unnecessary travel.
