Songs & Soles is a playful parent-and-child workshop blending gentle reflexology with nursery rhymes you already know and love.

You’ll learn easy techniques to support your little one’s sleep, mood, and wellness all while making sweet memories together.

And new this round, after our 30-minute workshop, you’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents, share stories, and start building your supportive community.

We are proud to partner with Fields of Gold and Moonstone Yoga & Pilates to host our first Yoga in the Sunflower Field event taking place on August 16th with sessions at 7am and 9am. The yoga class will be 1 hour long and is beginner friendly!
