It is not always easy to let go, yet at a deeper level of awareness you can sense the importance of trusting that it is time! As Capricorn Season comes to an end we are offered an opportunity to reflect back on it’s teachings.

Capricorn under the Archetypes of the Ruler, the Builder, and the Architect, has placed responsibility for YOUR well-being back into YOUR hands. It’s energy stimulating our intuitive awareness towards knowing what is healthy and what is unhealthy. Inviting us to look at our habits that keep us in a state of struggle. Encouraging us to relax into our natural rhythm, and attune to the wisdom within.

It is here that WE face a deeper truth, becoming honest with ourself, noticing OUR resistance towards change, and understanding that beginnings cannot transpire without endings. In the energy of the New Moon you are asked, "Are you ready
to Release?"

Today’s energy is stirring up passion, desire, creativity, and emotions. Although you may feel eager to move into action you do not have all the information yet.

The bigger picture has yet to be revealed and YOUR preparation for the journey not yet completed.

You are being asked to simply sit with your feelings. Continue to work on inviting in relaxation.

💗Keep your mind open and receptive.
💗 Stay with your emotions and feelings.
💗 Breathe into the heart and allow new awareness to simply come in.

This is not a time for force or action. It is an invitation to learn the difference between reaction and clarity.

Today’s energy is inviting you to sit with the waves of uncertainty. Don’t fight them, just let them be. It is easy to loose confidence in yourself when things become difficult.

💗It is natural and normal to move through the ups and downs of emotional energy. Just sit with it today and let it be.

Today is not about taking action. It is a mindful practice of staying calm under pressure.

When self esteem has been damaged it affects one’s belief system. No matter how badly you want something to change if you do not believe that you can – change becomes an impossible goal.

Loosing faith in yourself often becomes a downward spiral into accepting the situation you are in, regardless of how unhappy you may be, simply because you cannot see the possibility for change. You do not believe you can be freed of the situation you are in.

This limiting belief affects your health and vitality. Exhausting itself in worry, doubt, and keeping the nervous system on overdrive.

The body feels on edge, highly reactive, and the mind exhausted from its tendency to over think.

This week's Inner Alchemy Video is now available on YouTube (link in Bio). ✨As we enter in through the Gateway of Inner Truth and the 1-11 portal, the pressure now shifts for us from the root (stress) and into the crown (mental pressure). Sitting between our logical and analytical hemispheres of the mind, we are invited to walk the path of the Mystic and discover something new.

✍What else can we learn about our true nature? What belief system do we hold tight to that we are now ready to assess with deeper clarity? Where are we willing to look at our roles, responsibilities, triggers, and wounds, inviting in the Grace of Healing to support us in moving forward?

In the Gateway of Inner Truth (61), we come face to face with our Fear of Ignorance. An anxiety that we don’t know the answer.

Can you relax your mind and body this week to allow for a new truth to surface?

Caregivers often fall into a pattern of putting themselves last. Intuitively designed to know what needs to be done and sensitive to the feelings of others, it can become a habitual pattern to become so busy in the role of caregiver that you forget to take care of yourself.

✨Todays energy asks you to become more mindful of your actions. To put yourself back in the position of Rulership (one of the Archetypes of Capricorn Season) and to remind yourself that you are ultimately leading by example.

❓What are your actions communicating, and is that the message you wish to portray?

From a higher vantage point you may see that you are teaching others that it is OK that you go last. It's OK if you take what is leftover.

You may be teaching others that you don't need help. That you can take care of everything.

💗But is that your truth? Does this pattern truly serve the highest good?

The Caregiver is not here to sacrifice personal health and wellbeing in service to others. The evolved Caregiver understands the importance of taking care of one's needs first before jumping in to be of service.

If you are feeling this message today - love is calling you to notice, "Where you are needing to nurture yourself today?"
