I KNEW CHANGE WAS COMING!

The past couple years have felt stagnant in a lot of ways. Ever since the beginning of 2024 things have just been off, and I know it was time for me to begin looking for new ways to create change. I'm excited, because now I have all the clarity I need!

I've been feeling a shift, and ready to step into a new way of caring for myself and a new way of helping others. "Step out and do it scared," I keep reminding myself!

Having worked within the Health System and with seniors for the past 30+ years and listening, watching the state of mental health in both young and old we have to do better and we can, with the right help and guidance. Knowledge is powerful! We the people are powerful when given the right tools.

This is the direction I'm being pulled. I'm feeling passionate about it, and it has ignited a new fire in me.

Can't wait to begin! More coming soon!

Giving smiles, giving hope

We are a product of our environment....That is a fact.

The World Health Org and various Cancer Org. put our a statement a few years ago that 1 in 2 people will have some form of cancer in their lifetime. My question is WHY??? I do not have all the answers but I do have a opinion and I know most will agree with me. We continues to pollute our oceans, our water, our environment and our OWN personal environment which directly affect us, our children, our families and our longevity.

But what do we do - We start voting with your DOLLARS. Stop supporting and buying products full of toxic chemicals because there is a price to be paid not only with your health but that of your children and future generations.
