The Stars aligned, the universe whispered "yes," and I decided to leap - heart first.

For over 25 years, I've held onto a dream of opening a cozy community studio where everyone feels welcome. Now, here we are—just a few days away from opening the doors to Vida Movement Community in the heart of downtown Comox! My incredible biz partner Sydney Fletcher and I are thrilled (and maybe a little giddy!) to finally share this dream with you.
