It all started in 2018, with the "M" in JAM, on my daughter Melanie's Birthday wanting to have something tangible for people to wear to bring their aromatherapy on the go. We have always admired artisan jewellery, So I thought why not make something for people to enjoy on the go, and being a Huge advocated for Mental Health, this was a way for people to have a healing tool with them all the time. We are a Female run company with 3 Generations of creators and designers and Mr. We pride ourselves with our high standards, ethics, and principals. Over the Years JAM Designs has become a household name and seeing people all over the world enjoying their unique one-of-a-kind creations. The passion of JAM Designs as a family-owned business reflects in the elegant craftsmanship, paired with inspired original designs. Where we are now :

As a four-time Award Winning Business, in Jewellery and Aromatherapy. We have expanded our scope of designs, and we now create and design with Sterling Silver, Gold filled (Gold Vermeil). Every design tells a story, we are here to make your story come true and to be just as beautiful as you are, and the journey it took to get here. ✨️✨️Customer Review: Natural Deodorant✨️✨️

I knew I wanted to switch to a natural, clean deodorant but so many of them still leaves you not as fresh as I’d like.

I gave the lemon scent deodorant a try from Jewel of the Lotus and I never looked back.

This is a magic deodorant cause it never finishes and I used mine twice a day , it’s amazing you must try!!! 🫶🏻💗

Our Journey — From a Spark to a Legacy ✨

Every business has a story. Ours is rooted in family, passion, and evolution.

JAM Designs began in 2018 with a simple but powerful vision:

Aromatherapy jewellery paired with essential oils to support everyday wellness.

As our community grew, so did our creativity. JAM Designs expanded into meaningful, heartfelt jewellery collections, including:
• Custom designs
• Mommy & Me bracelets — which beautifully evolved into family collections
• Sterling silver birthday bracelets
• Family bracelets and necklaces
• One-of-a-kind, custom-made keepsakes

Then came a new chapter.

Jewel of the Lotus 🪷 emerged and quietly began making its way into households around the world. What started with 12 essential oils has grown into 80+ products, now found in grocery stores, spas, yoga studios, natural health food stores, and beyond.

In 2020–2021, our journey expanded again with the evolution of the JAM Designs Boutique.

Renovations were completed in March 2021… and then the world shut down. COVID delayed our opening, but it didn’t stop the vision.

Fast forward to 2026 — and we are incredibly proud to say that over 1,000 customers have walked through our boutique doors, shopped with us, and added a little sparkle to their lives through Permanent Jewellery ✨.

We are deeply grateful to do what we do as a family business — and truly, everyone is involved, right down to our great-grandson.

As we step into 2026, this year is about closing some doors 🚪 and opening new ones:

• New business partnerships
• Final clearance of JAM Designs inventory
• A major forward movement with Jewel of the Lotus 🪷 — and possibly a brand refresh

The JAM Designs Boutique is here to stay, with a strong focus on Permanent Jewellery. After all, we were the first in Durham Region to introduce Permanent Jewellery — backed by extensive professional training.

And there is so much more to come.
Jewel of the Lotus will take center stage in 2026 — and we can’t wait to share what’s next.
