2 things I know to be true:

👉🏽The people most at risk for heart attacks are farmers. (Their pain threshold is literally too high, causing misalignment with safety)

👉🏽This community has too many men suffering in silence — isolated, overwhelmed, and feeling so stuck they end their lives.

I’m on a personal mission to not just bring awareness, but to be part of the solution.

I’ve seen too many lives lost because men were taught to be tough instead of safe, silent instead of seen. I’m here to change that — for good.”

In my world, su***de, shame, secrets, and pride have taken too many of the men I love — fathers, brothers, friends, and sons. And they all had one thing in common: they didn’t trust a system that was never built for men like them.

I know this because I lost my brother to su***de.

And because of that loss, I’ve dedicated my life to building experinces and systems that help people feel understood, regulate their nervous systems, find hope, and come back to life.💫

I have something rare — something this community needs.

I’m one of the only certified TRE Providers in Quebec That means I guide people to awaken their innate ability to release stress, tension, and trauma in the most natural way possible — the way every mammal is born knowing, but society never taught us.

🔥 I didn’t become a healer by accident.

I became one because life cracked me open so many times,
I had to learn how to rebuild from "soul, not survival"

— Where intuition flows, pressure fades, and spirit speaks softly.

📝 Why I Write in Pencil (And What It Taught Me About Mediumship + Intuition)

This week, I want to invite you into the unseen layers of everyday choices — the small things that hold BIG energetic truths.

Let’s start with something simple:

✨ I write in pencil.

Not because I have to. Not because it’s trendy.
But because it feels right as f**k. It flows. My thoughts come through clearer, softer, more alive.
And that’s not random.
Here’s why pencil holds magic most people don’t realize:

🌙 1. Pencil invites imperfection and play — no pressure.
It’s forgiving. You can erase, change your mind, and let your thoughts evolve without feeling stuck or “too committed.” Spiritually, this matches curiosity, exploration, and the freedom of your inner child — where your expression flows best, free from judgment or the need to be permanent.
✨ Pencil = permission to be fluid, raw, and real.

🌱 2. Pencil holds grounding energy.
Graphite is carbon-based — the very element of life, soil, and stars. Writing with pencil feels earthy, connected, and in tune with your body’s natural rhythm.
Ink? It can feel synthetic, more mental than soulful. That disconnect can block your intuitive flow.

🔄 3. Pencil reflects life’s natural cycles — growth, healing, and change.
It allows mistakes, edits, returns, and re-dos — all part of transformation.
Ink can feel rigid, final, like “proof” — which triggers perfectionism and pressure, especially if you’re healing from places where being “wrong” wasn’t safe.

🌬️ 4. Pencil matches intuitive, feminine energy.
Soft, subtle, fluid — pencil mirrors the divine feminine energy of soul work, channeling, and dreaming.
Ink? More masculine, linear, and authoritative — great for structure, but not always for intuitive flow.

🪞 5. Your nervous system trusts the pencil.
On a somatic level, pencil signals:
🧠 “You don’t have to be perfect.”
🧠 “You’re safe to explore.”
🧠 “Mistakes are part of the process.”
That feeling of safety = flow unlocked.

Writing in ink? Sometimes it feels like pressure — like I have to get it “right.” My nervous system clenches. My flow freezes.
Funny how even a damn f**ken writing tool can teach us about trust, permission, and channeling spirit through our messy, beautiful human selves.

This is what mediumship is really about: tuning into your body, your patterns, and the whispers behind your choices.

That nudge to grab a pencil? That’s not random. That’s your system knowing what helps you flow. Without the right tools i get stuck, blocked and pi**ed that I feel trapped in a cycle.

✨ What if it’s not about fixing yourself... but getting curious about who TF you actually are underneath all the noise?

Real talk:

We judge ourselves for everything —

Too loud.
Too quiet.
Too angry.
Too sensitive.
Too much.
Not enough. 🙄

But here’s the plot twist: Judgment keeps you stuck.
& Curiosity sets you free. 🔓

Judgment says: “Why am I like this?”

Curiosity says: “Ohhh… what happened that made me feel this way?” 👀

Judgment says: “I should be over this by now.”

Curiosity says: “What part of me still needs love, safety, and space to heal?”

And listen…
ou weren’t born hating yourself. That s**t was taught, modeled, and repeated until it became your autopilot. 🚫

But autopilot isn’t your truth — curiosity is.

You don’t need another shame spiral. You need space to explore who you are, without fear of doing it wrong.

That’s how you break cycles.

That’s how you build trust with your nervous system.

That’s how you reinvent your story — from the inside out. 💥

You can’t heal in the same environment that hurt you.
And yet… how often do we try?

We wish things would just go back to the way they used to be.
Before the trauma.
Before the betrayal.
Before the chaos.

We chase that familiar feeling like it’s the fix.
But let’s get real—familiar doesn’t always mean safe.
Sometimes familiar is just a fancier word for repeating old pain wrapped in a pretty bow.

We silence our truth.
We abandon our needs.
We shrink ourselves to belong in places we’ve outgrown.
Why?

Because no one ever taught us how to grieve what we hoped would heal us.

No one talks about grieving people who are still alive…
or the version of yourself that had to survive things you never should’ve gone through.

💥 Coping is NOT living.
💥 Strong is not the goal when it comes at the cost of your soul.
💥 Survival mode was never meant to be a lifestyle.

You deserve to feel peace, not just numb.
