I love this work because I get to witness people come home to themselves.
Not perfectly. Not all at once.
But in small, powerful ways that remind me how resilient we really are.
Watching clients soften, breathe again, and trust themselves a little more—it’s an honor I never take lightly.

I love this work because I get to watch people break patterns they thought they’d be stuck in forever.
Seeing someone walk out of an EMDR session feeling lighter, clearer, or simply more themselves—there’s nothing like it.
Healing is possible, and I get to witness it every day.

I love this work because I get to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and reconnect with who they are.
