What is frequency work?
You may not think about it often, but the human body is constantly communicating through tiny electrical signals — from the firing of nerves to the rhythm of the heart to the activity within each individual cell.
This is the foundation of what’s often called 'bioelectrical health', rooted in electrophysiology — the study of how electrical signals interact with living cells and tissues.
If you think about it, the human body already depends on electrical activity: nerves transmit signals through voltage changes, muscles contract electrically, and every cell maintains a membrane potential that helps regulate function.
Frequency-based wellness technologies introduce very low-level, controlled electrical waveforms into the body — including sine waves, square waves, sawtooth waves, H-Wave–style stimulation patterns, amplitude modulation, and frequency “wobble” sweeps. -Different waveform shapes and delivery patterns interact with tissues and biological systems in different ways.
This concept is similar to technologies such as TENS, microcurrent therapy, PEMF, and H-Wave therapy, which typically require direct contact or close proximity to the body.
Frequency systems like Spooky2 operate as programmable waveform delivery systems, allowing electrical patterns to be tailored to very specific goals or applications.
It’s interesting to consider how these technologies already use frequency to influence the body in supportive ways.
In frequency-based practices such as mine, remote sessions may also be offered using a biological sample, such as DNA, to represent the individual during frequency programs.
-Clients do not need to be physically present for this work. Systems like Spooky2 describe this process using the theoretical framework of quantum entanglement.
While the exact mechanisms behind remote frequency interaction are still being explored, many practitioners — including myself — and clients report meaningful experiences with this approach.
Frequency-based stimulation introduces controlled electrical patterns that may influence cellular communication, with the potential to promote more coherent signaling and help the body return toward a natural state of health.
Some of this exploration was historically inspired by early frequency experimentation from Royal Raymond Rife, whose work helped spark continued curiosity about how frequency may interact with biological systems.
Frequency work at Infin8Wave is offered as a complementary wellness modality, not a medical treatment or cure.
