We are a group of women that are all on our on health journey, all with very different stories. We come together as a group of kick a$$ ladies to encourage, keep accountable and keep going on our journeys. The Sweat Studio is more than just a health group we are a Sisterhood, we have created a bond and an environment where everyone feels welcomed because we are all Rockstars!
