Doing this workout won’t get you ripped. It won’t solve all your problems. And it won’t instantly make you a better dad.

But here’s what it will do:

Create momentum — to want to workout again tomorrow, to want to make better food choices, to want to go to bed early and wake up energized. Which in the long run, will build the person and the dad you want to become.

This workout won’t give you all you want, but it will get the ball rolling. You don’t need to climb the whole mountain at once, but you need to start if you want to climb it.

The goal is to build a life of your dreams.

Continuously visualize the life you want to create.

Be grateful for where you are, while working towards where you’re going.

Celebrate every small win along the way. Success breeds motivation.

Rely on a strong foundation of “daily non-negotiables” when the days get tough and motivation fails. My health is the foundation I rely on to show up best for my family, friends and my work.

Cheers to the dads chasing big things. 👊 🔥

Training for races, committing to events, setting the bar high—it’s not about ego or escape. It’s about coming home fulfilled instead of frustrated. Energized instead of burnt out. Present instead of checked out.

When I push my limits, I show my kids what discipline looks like. What commitment feels like. What it means to work for something hard and still show up smiling at the dinner table.

My family doesn’t get the leftovers of me.
They get the best version.

Healthy. Fulfilled. Confident.
A dad who’s proud of how he’s living.

Big goals don’t take from my family.
They give them a father who’s fully alive.
