The Power of 10 Days
10 days from now, you could feel completely different.

We often think change requires a massive overhaul, but the body responds best to steady, gentle repetition.

Whether it’s a Reformer session in the Studio, a targeted treatment in The Clinic, or a 10-minute walk at home, these small actions are cumulative.

When you show up consistently—even for just a week—the shift is measurable:
Circulation improves and muscle recovery speeds up.
Sleep starts to regulate, giving you more stable energy throughout the day.
Stress loads decrease as your nervous system begins to soften its tension patterns.

This is exactly why we designed the Willow Spring Reset Challenge. It’s not about being “perfect” for 14 days; it’s about proving to yourself that one supportive action a day is enough to shift your entire momentum.

How are you checking in today?
Every action counts toward your Reset entries.

The finish line is March 27th, but the feeling of consistency starts the moment you begin.

An evening workout can still be a great workout.
We just design it differently.

Your circadian rhythm is your body’s internal clock. It influences when you naturally feel more energized and when your body begins to slow down.

Earlier in the day, strength and energy tend to peak.
Later in the evening, the body starts preparing for rest.

So our later classes lean into slower, more flow based movement that helps you unwind while still moving your body.

If you’ve ever wondered why some workouts stick and others don’t, it’s not always the programming.

Sometimes, it’s how you feel in the room.

Research continues to show that social connection plays a major role in consistency, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

When we feel supported, we show up differently. And over time, that makes all the difference.
