Week one is a wrap…It’s a breeze using FITTO scanner and the app. I’ve trained 4 times this week, with additional active recover over the weekend cycling with my kiddo. I’m really looking forward to comparing my metrics from first week until the last! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 bring in week 2!

I am currently on a 4 day a week (with a 5th day of active recovery)for 12 weeks of a full body program. Every 4 weeks is tweaked and switched up to promote as much muscle growth as possible.

My diet is a ketogenic / primal focused. In addition I am fasting for 16 hours with an 8 hour eating window. I limit my carb intake to under 50 grams, moderate protein (0.82g per BODYWEIGHT), higher in good fats.

The gym is my place, I enjoy going there and spending MY time every morning. What I get out of my sessions at the gym is my choice. It anchors my day and allows my mind to be clear. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Having the gyms close the first time was a little adjustment but I was able to pivot and acquire some minimal equipment. This allowed me to workout at home and maintain.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I miss having my place but its only temporary. There are tons of exercises that one can do at home that will challenge and put the required amount of stress on your muscles. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
