Sound healing offers incredible benefits—relaxation, pain relief, emotional release, and deep energetic balance. But like any modality, it’s not one-size-fits-all. There are a few important contraindications to be aware of, like pacemakers, epilepsy, or recent surgeries.

The good news? Even when traditional techniques aren’t suitable, there are still safe and effective ways to experience the power of sound. And Reiki? It's a beautiful, non-invasive option that has no contraindications at all. 💜
