Being opposed to continuous learning is a MASSIVE red flag when you’re looking to take advice from someone

Don’t put your health in the hands of ppl who don’t actually give a 💩

This is also why people who sell products are very different from people who sell 1-1 personalized coaching packages. Being knowledgeable is just step 1. Being able to APPLY that knowledge to different people is step 2.

Coaches need to confident in making the right choices for their clients, not just running them through general framework they built out years ago.

If you want an inside look into what a personalized program would look like for you just DM me and I can break it all down for you!

Starting isn’t the hardest part. Neither is staying committed years down the line. The hardest part is staying committed in that first year a few weeks/months after starting again.

Starting is exciting and after a year it’s just a part of your life. But is that middle part when most people give up and end up starting again and again.

Very few things have stayed constant throughout my adulthood, but my commitment to my body and health is one of those few things.

Over 8 years I’m fluctuated between 120lbs to 150lbs, gone months without cardio, switched from 6days in the gym to 5 to 4 to 3 and back up again, swore I’d never run then ran an 8k with my friends, injured myself a laughable amount of times, competed in body building, quit body building, fell of track for 2 months straight even tho it’s part of my job - BUT I always come back to the baseline.

I’m happiest when exercise and nutrition are major priorities in my life. No doubt about that, even if I’m burnt out from tracking or sore from training.

I love training for size and strength for the same reason people love individual sports like golf. It’s YOU vs YOU. Nobody there to judge you, to disappoint, or to cheer you on. It’s just you bettering yourself FOR you.

I’m a chronic quitter (in a very ADHD way) and I couldn’t tell you a single other activity or hobby I’ve committed to as long as this. It’s just different and doesn’t feel like an active choice, it just IS my life.

🤍✨If the quit & start again sounds familiar DM me “REFRESH” and I’ll send you exactly what you need to lock in for good!! ✨🤍

& follow for more if u so please 🧚🏻🪴
