This might be the Monday-est Monday that ever Mondayed.

Try this today:
🧘🏻‍♀️ meditate, even a few minutes counts
⏳ if you already meditate, gently increase the time
👯‍♀️spend time with chatting with someone that you trust
🤍 nurture yourself (take yourself out on a date, listen to your favorite tunes)
📵 do less, not more

See how you feel.

And if your mind needs something steady to hold onto, try these:
✨ I don’t need to work hard to be worthy.
✨ I don’t need to have it all figured out right now.
✨Each small pause is rewiring my body for peace.

Also, a quiet reminder:
The days are getting longer.
The light is returning, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet.🤍

They were taken while on vacation in that exact moment, I knew I was free.

Free from the anxiety that once controlled me.

Free from the chaos that used to live inside my mind.

Free to just be.

But here’s what really brings me to tears…

My calm didn’t just change my life, it changed my family’s too.
