And here I am today. Crying in yoga again but because I was able to L E T G O . I went deep and released so much tension and emotion. It was a reminder not to lead with the ego, to be gentle with yourself and lead with loving kindness. I cracked a smile today. I’m still not O K but today I felt G O O D ✨

Yesterday. I went to a hot flow and I cried. I cried so many times in that class. My body is tense and scared and holding on so tightly to protect me from the outside world. My ego drove that whole class and I have never felt worse leaving a yoga class. It broke my heart. I have not touched my mat since I graduated YTT aside from one home sequence during quarantine. I went to my first class on Sunday and it was hard, I couldn’t do anything I felt ashamed and defeated and then I couldn’t do the class the next day and I got MORE defeated and angry. I spent the whole day yesterday and this morning mad at yoga....
