A very warm welcome to our newest Stork family member Eric!
Eric completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta and earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
His diverse background includes working as a certified personal trainer and athletic trainer, and contributing to research in cancer rehabilitation. His clinical placements spanned neurodevelopmental, orthopedic, cardiac, and oncology settings, providing a well-rounded understanding of movement and health across the lifespan.
Eric also has extensive experience supporting children and youth with developmental disorders. This work strengthened his communication skills and reinforced his commitment to partnering closely with families. Focused on the interaction between motor and cognitive development, Eric helps families navigate early motor milestones with confidence, using strategies that encourage exploration and build strong foundational skills.
Eric believes that movement is inextricably connected to making the most out of life. Outside of his practice, Eric stays active through strength training, hiking, biking, and skiing, and spending time with his young family. He looks forward to helping you and your loved ones move better so they can enjoy the things they love most.
