In light of the pandemic situation currently affecting Canada, we wish to advise you that our stores can only offer urgent care services at this time. We are committed to your vision and your health, so we would like to advise you that we are available, by appointment only, if you have an eye care emergency.

In the event of an ocular emergency, breakage of your glasses or loss of contact lenses, please leave us a detailed message with your name and contact information. Messages will be checked every 48 hrs. We will then contact you to evaluate the situation and make an appointment if necessary.

If you are expecting the delivery of your purchase of glasses or contact lenses, we will contact you as soon as we receive them in order to evaluate the best delivery option for you.
