You can always start your training and modify as you go if your body isn’t cooperating after some warm up time. Consistency is the key to long term health. That’s what I’m after. Here’s an inside look at my space in the Ritchie Mill Building. ☀️
It’s a unique and beautiful spot with a multitude of different businesses.

My practice is aimed at the assessment, and systematic treatment of chronically over loaded structures for the relief of pain and dysfunction. 👍

Sometimes this happens quickly for some and slowly for others. 🕰

I combine deep tissue, therapeutic, and fascial techniques to help unload overworking shortened structures to free up natural range and ease of movement. 💃

When we move better, we feel better 🕺

You’re likely to be given homework and will need to participate in the changes you’re looking for. This doesn’t happen in a few sessions. You’ll need to commit to yourself and invest some time to create change. 🍎

H**p seeds for the win 🏆 to make homemade chocolate milk for my kiddos and myself as a recovery drink. Add a banana, protein powder etc to densify the nutrients 💥 4 cups water, 1 cup h**p hearts, 1 heaping tbsp raw cacao powder, 3 medjool dates, pinch of sea salt 😊
