Movement Rx is not just a physical activity or training program. It is your personalized prescription for enjoying movement and physical activity while you address pain symptoms. Movement and pain are directly related to one another in our bodies. And while movement has negative and positive effects on pain, there is a balance we can strike if we move within our own limits, avoid pushing through pain, and take it one step or day at a time.
