🎉Celebration & Gratitude 🎉

I’m taking a moment to pause and celebrate something that feels really special to me…I ran my very first Complete Nervous System Reset Webinar this week!

This wasn’t just another event for me… it was a powerful moment of growth, courage, and embodiment.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been balancing a lot…travel, transitions, limited Wi-Fi, sleepless nights with my little Marley, and all the moving pieces that come with creating and launching a webinar. And yet, through it all, I stayed connected to my breath, to my body, and to the practices I teach.💛

Although I’ve taught many classes before, I’ll admit, I was more nervous this time. But instead of trying to fix the nerves, I chose to feel them, breathe through them, and allow them to remind me that I’m alive, expanding, and stepping into something new.

And here’s what I’m celebrating today:
💛 25 people registered, 6 attended live (and stayed until the very end!)
💛 19 will receive the replay to watch at their own pace
💛 I remembered to record it (a win in itself!)
💛 And most importantly…I stayed present, even when it wasn’t perfect

This milestone represents so much more than a webinar…it’s a reflection of how far I’ve come in trusting myself, my body, and the unfolding of life.

To everyone who has supported, encouraged, or believed in me, thank you. 🙏🏻

Your love and presence mean more than words can express.

Here’s to celebrating progress, not perfection.
Here’s to nervous system safety, courage, and staying open to what’s next.

This picture is of my office/kitchen when I can be outside, working. 🥰

Happy Halloween everyone! 🎃 👻 🧡

Are You a Stress Zombie?

🧟‍♀️ If you wake up exhausted, walk through your day in a daze, and crash at night only to do it all again tomorrow…

Welcome to the club…you might be a stress zombie.

This isn’t your fault. When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, you can’t rest deeply, think clearly, or feel joyfully alive.

It’s like your body is bracing for attack… even when the threat is long gone.

The antidote? Regulation. Presence. Co-regulation. Safety.

🎃 This Halloween, let’s bring your nervous system back to life.

✨ Join me for a free nervous system reset web class where you’ll learn:
• Why you’re stuck in survival mode (even if life looks “fine”)
• Why mindset tools don’t work on their own
• The 3 transformative steps to reclaim your peace and power

📅 Wednesday, November 5 at 5:00 PM PST
🧡 Drop a “ZOMBIE” in the comments and I’ll send the invite!

🕷️ You know that moment you see a spider and freeze?

That same “freeze” can happen when your nervous system feels overwhelmed… even if nothing crawling across the floor.

Because to your body, stress feels just as scary.

🧠 Whether it’s a loud noise, an unexpected message, or too many tabs open in your brain, your system might go into fight, flight, freeze, or fawn… even if the “threat” is actually just modern life.

Want to learn how to stop jumping at every little thing and start living from a place of inner calm and grounded presence?

🧡 I’m hosting a free web class all about nervous system healing, and I’d love for you to come.

👻 Feeling like you’re being haunted by stress, anxiety, or that all-too-familiar sense of dread?

It’s not a poltergeist, it’s your nervous system stuck in survival mode.

Our bodies are designed to keep us safe from real threats…like saber-toothed tigers. But these days? Our nervous systems still react like we’re in danger… even if it’s just a stressful email or a tough conversation.

If your heart races, your breath shortens, or your thoughts spiral, it’s not because something is wrong with you.

It’s because your body is trying to protect you. 🧡
And the good news? You can teach it to feel safe again.

🎃 Ready to learn how to stop living in a horror movie and start feeling calm, clear, and grounded?

Happy Thanksgiving, Beautiful Souls! 🍁🦃🍁

Today, I’m giving thanks for the incredible gift of connection…for family, friends, community, and the shared moments that remind us we are never truly alone.

May your day be filled with warmth, laughter, love, and the simple joys that nourish the heart.
May you pause to breathe it all in…the aromas, the stories, the hugs, the gratitude, and feel the abundance that already lives within you.

Whether near or far, I’m sending love and appreciation for every soul who has touched my journey.
Thank you for being part of my life, my growth, and my circle of love. 🧡

Wishing you a peaceful, heart-filled Thanksgiving.
With so much love,
Kerstin

I am making my way to housesit on Vancouver Island for the winter and wanted to get through the mountains before the snow, so am not with my family this weekend. However, I am grateful to be with my longtime friends, Dolores and Derek, in Osoyoos this Thanksgiving. 🙏🏻🥰

🌿 You Are Not Alone 🌿

Today is World Mental Health Day, and I want to take a moment to speak to anyone who might be struggling silently.

For much of my life, I battled with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. There were days when getting out of bed felt impossible. Days when I wore a smile but felt empty inside. Days when I truly believed something was wrong with me.

But there was never anything wrong with me… or with you.
We were simply living with a nervous system stuck in survival mode, doing its best to protect us.

When we’ve experienced prolonged stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, our nervous system can stay in a state of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, and that can make peace, joy, or even rest feel out of reach. Understanding this changed everything for me.

Healing didn’t happen overnight.
It began when I learned to listen to my body’s signals, to regulate my nervous system, and to create a sense of safety within.
Through compassion, presence, and self-love, I slowly came home to myself …body, mind, and soul.

If you’re struggling right now, please know this:
💛 You are not broken.
💛 You are not invisible.
💛 You are seen, heard, and deeply loved.

Even if it doesn’t feel that way today, you are not alone in this journey.
Your nervous system, and your heart, can heal. One breath, one moment of safety, one act of compassion at a time.

Let’s keep breaking the silence around mental health. Let’s keep showing up for one another with gentleness and love.

🌿Walking in Nature Soothes the Nervous System🌿

When we step outside and let the earth hold us, something magical happens.
The rhythm of our breath begins to match the gentle sway of the trees. The soft crunch of leaves underfoot brings us back to the present moment. The nervous system, so often caught in stress and overthinking, finally exhales.

Nature is a natural regulator. 🌳💚
• The colors of green calm our eyes and signal safety to the body.
• The sounds of birds, wind, or water shift our brainwaves into a more relaxed state.
• The simple act of moving our bodies in harmony with the landscape helps discharge stress and restore balance.

Every step becomes medicine.
Every breath outdoors is a reminder: I am safe. I am supported. I am connected.

So, if your mind feels busy or your body tense, try this: step outside, slow down, and let nature co-regulate with you. 🦋🌲

What’s your favorite way to connect with nature when you need calm?

When people talk about “inner work,” many assume it means withdrawing from the world, keeping quiet, or living invisibly. But that’s not the essence of it. Real inner work is less about what you do on the outside and more about why you do it.

One of the biggest shifts that happens is around attention. Many of us chase validation and acceptance through our actions, trying to fill the gaps in our self-esteem or soothe the wounds around self-worth through other people. But as we face our shadows and heal old pain, the craving for attention softens. We realize that our worth isn’t up for debate, and we don’t need a crowd to confirm it, because we’ve begun to discover it within ourselves.

That doesn’t mean people who’ve done the work hide away or reject visibility. In fact, inner work often leads you to share your voice, gifts, or story with the world. The difference is motive. You’re no longer shouting “look at me” to fill a void; you’re offering what you have because it’s authentic and aligned. You can receive attention without it being about ego. You can stand in the spotlight without using it as proof of worth.

It also doesn’t mean you aren’t doing the inner work if you still find yourself wanting recognition or reassurance. These are deeply human needs and come and go in moments. The difference is, as self-acceptance grows, you rely less on external approval to feel whole. With time, presence, and patience, the craving for attention loosens its grip, and what once felt like a constant hunger becomes more of an occasional whisper.

The aspiration isn’t to become invisible, but to become free to share your gifts without feeling the need to prove yourself. To shine without wondering who’s watching. To connect without clinging, and to love without bargaining.

It’s the freedom of knowing your worth doesn’t rise and fall with applause. The heart of real inner work is not erasing yourself, but reclaiming yourself. Not disappearing, but standing in the world with a steady centre.

When you speak gently to yourself, you soften the way you see the world. Make kindness your inner language—and watch it ripple outward effortlessly.

One day, you'll step outside, and the sun will shine over you differently. You won't understand precisely what has happened or why something so mundane stops time and space. But you feel it; a fullness in your chest with a lightness in your heart.

Your wounds have healed, leaving scars to prove it. Love turned inward without conditions, without rejection, without hate. A Home, never departing or wavering.

One day, you'll step outside, and the sun will shine over you, only to realize it was there for a reminder that the light never went out. It was always in you.

In this space, we remember our Wholeness; we find our way back Home.

"We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time"
