Available by phone:

💛 Wellness Phone Consultation (15 minutes)
A supportive call with one of our Registered Nurses to review your intake form, talk through your wellness goals, answer questions, and help you decide what support may be right for you.

💛 Iron Intake Assessment
For individuals who already have a prescription for an iron infusion. During this call, our RN will review your health history and recent blood work (through Netcare), ensure it’s safe to proceed, answer your questions, and book your iron infusion appointment.

Both consultations are complimentary, RN-led, and completely pressure-free.

We’ve loved connecting with so many incredible nurses 💛
Because of the interest and alignment we’re seeing, we’re extending our RN recruitment until February 7th.

We’re welcoming a 0.2 FTE RN to join our women-led, nurse-run team — with a consistent Friday shift, plus the option to pick up additional weekday and occasional weekend shifts when it works for your life.

This role is for the nurse who:
• values holistic, client-centred care
• loves meaningful conversations and genuine connection
• wants work-life balance, not burnout
• feels drawn to wellness, IV therapy, and integrative care

We also believe our nurses should truly experience the services they offer. Our team enjoys IV therapy and wellness injection perks, because taking care of our girls and feeling the benefits ourselves really matters to us.

Building Nectar this past year has meant more to us than we ever imagined, and we’re deeply grateful for the community support and the incredible people we’ve met along the way. It’s these moments that keep us going.

Members cancelling their memberships because they are pregnant.
A mom sharing that she finally has the energy to move her body and be more present with her kids.
