Congrats to this couple got their keys to their new condo last week. Time to downsize from the family home for easier living. They acted quick to get a top floor unit in a desirable building with the perfect view! So happy you can put away the shovels for this winter!! I love helping older adults with these big transition moves and watching them go from anxiety about the process to loving their new home!

Excited to be invited to be a part of the book launch team for the The Miracle Morning® (www.MiracleMorning.com) After 50 - launching December 16. Getting to hear author Hal Elrod speak about this collaboration was a fun perk today.

I have been following the Miracle Morning process for a couple years now. It’s a great morning routine that gives me structure to start my day. And now they have amended and created a new version specific for those over 50.

Currently reading my copy (i did get gifted the digital version to review) and enjoying the direction they have taken with this book as it really allows for many different adaptations of the basic structure, dependent on your circumstances. And they have fully incorporated many age well elements into this book, which makes my heart happy!

Excited to see all the momentum this book can create for empty nesters, those newly retired or those starting new opportunities later in life!! A morning routine for everyone can change the outlook and direction for your day - at any age! But thankful this unique population gets a tailored version to acknowledge this special part of our life journey!!

Love supporting this lovely couple to find a new home in Canada to be closer to family. Congrats on this new chapter- it was so much fun to join you both on this journey.
