Jana’s Massage Therapy Math

Jo has $500 of massage coverage at 80% per year which works out to 6.25 massages per year. It’s already October and that means there are only 11 weeks (…wait…WHAT!!!) until the New Year and all that coverage resets.

Jo could wait until December 15th and ask to get in 6 times over the following 2 weeks but doesn’t that seem counter productive? December is a hectic time of year for Jo and adding 6 extra appointments in an already busy schedule seems like a stressful way to try and DE-stress at a massage.

If Jo started now and booked in every 2 weeks until the end of the year, that would be 11 weeks of Jo prioritizing self care and feeling good.

Make good decisions Jo!!!

A little about me...

Hello & thanks for checking out my page! I’m Jana - a dog loving, bike riding, yogi wannabe massage therapist. I moved into Edmonton from Beaumont in 2017 where I had a home based practice for just over 10 years. I’ve had the pleasure of treating many families in that community and continue to do so when they come to visit in Edmonton. I’m currently loving my clinic space in my home in Rio Terrace (just 5 houses down from the Rio Terrace Church). My family & I love the river valley access and amazing community here! You may see me riding my bike with my fur balls Marley and Ben in the neighbourhood.

I have an intuitive style massage meaning I sometimes find things that you didn’t know weren’t feeling or functioning quite right. I have 12 years of experience treating various issues including general relaxation, deep tissue, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, repetitive use injuries, sore back and neck from sitting at the office, sciatic pain, headache/migraine sufferers, pre-natal massage, child/infant massage etc. I feel so lucky because I absolutely love what I do!
