🙋♀️Have you ever heard that saying…

I tried countless quick fixes, but felt terrible about myself when I just couldn’t make them stick.
If I wanted to lose the weight that had crept on midlife, I needed to focus on what truly fit my life, not just the latest fad.
For me, that looked like:
✅ Prioritizing my macros to fuel my body right
✅ Finding movement that I actually enjoyed and could stick to
✅ Building a mindset that empowered me instead of holding me back
