I used to dread eating out.
Not because I didn’t love the food (I do)…but because I’d spend the next day trying to “make up for it.”

Extra workouts.
Skipping breakfast.
That little voice whispering, “You blew it again.”

Sound familiar?

Here’s what I’ve learned (and what I now teach my clients):

You don’t need to avoid restaurants; you just need a plan.

Because enjoying a meal out isn’t what slows your progress…

It’s the guilt and “all-or-nothing” thinking that follows it.

Once you learn how to make confident choices, you can order what you want, feel amazing, and actually stay consistent long-term.

Most women I talk to think they’re doing themselves a favor with their morning smoothie… but here’s the problem 👇

❌ Way too much fruit.
❌ Barely any protein.
❌ Missing the balance your metabolism actually needs.

A smoothie should keep you full, support muscle, and give steady energy—not leave you hungry an hour later.

Here’s one of my favorite balanced recipes that tastes like dessert (without the sugar crash):

🥤 Sweet Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
-½ banana
-1 ½ tbsp cacao powder
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-½ cup frozen riced cauliflower

BONUS: Add a handful of frozen spinach or kale!

👉 Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
