Morning ice time for players who want the extra boost. Power skating and skill development sessions designed to push your pace, better your skating, sharpen your hands, and give you that extra step on the ice.

Spent the afternoon leading nutrition seminars for the students at Hillcrest as part of their School’s Wellness Day 🍎🧀🍇!!

The kids learned about healthy foods and how to fuel their bodies with simple, healthy snacks. Always great to see young minds curious about nutrition and learning how to take care of their mental and physical health.
