People who have had a consistent run of stress or drama they didn't invite into their lives.
People who have been the ones who fix everything and get stuff done for everyone.
People who have all the responsibilities of keeping everyone else's lives running smoothly at work or at home or both.
People who are energetically aware, intuitive, know there is more than the grind and know they need to finally commit to 'filling their own bucket'.
People who know they need to get committed to self care.
What is the Intuitive Energy Reset?
It is 90 mins a month in an appointment over the phone for 6 months. A zoom call for active nervous system support/realignment or committing to doing some nervous system tools regularly during each month. As well as active support from me if/when needed the same day or within a couple of days rather than shoving it aside for a week, a month, a few months or a year because something else is 'more important'.
This level of commitment isn't for everyone.
It is for people who are ready.
It will create change. I have seen it. It is wonderful to witness.
