We found a new local vendor today: Botavita Market in Elmsdale.

It’s a unique spot, most of what they sell is Canadian-made, and they’ve got a huge selection of health foods, supplements, a full refillery station for eco-friendly cleaning supplies and a coffee bar at the back.

We are happy to say they’re now stocking Outdoor Energy. If you’re looking to support local and get some high-quality wellness gear at the same time, this is the place.

You have to try the French pressed mushroom coffee with the Outdoor Energy added! It is amazing and very energizing!

After completing the push up challenge I wanted to keep going as it has now become habit, and some people have said how it has helped motivate them too.

Well this led me to develop the My Own Path Fit Tracker app. On the app you can track push ups, squats, and crunches. You can check the leader board to see your standings and challenges can be created.

Please check out the app and join up! It's a fun way to get in shape, keep accountability and build good habits.
