If you are not in the habit of seeing the divinity in all things, you can start by making a simple request within your own mind: "Show me the divinity in this moment."
Whether you're taking a walk in the forest, or trapped in a stressful meeting, or lying in a hospital bed, you can always make this request: "Please show me the divinity that exists right here, right now."
This simple act of asking to see beauty can change your life.
You begin to see everything that exists as part of the Divine Mother. Even the negative experiences in your life are part of this divinity.
They were supposed to happen, and they are perfect as well.
Every experience that you have is perfect.

They're not in your life by accident. They're a mirror.

Your nervous system attracts people who resonate with unresolved frequencies stored in your body. The critical parent. The dismissive partner. The friend who always takes.

You can cut them out, block them, start fresh, but if the frequency is still in your cells, you'll attract a new version of the same energy.

This is why some people keep meeting the same type over and over. Different face. Same frequency.

The pattern doesn't change until YOU change the frequency your body is broadcasting.

When you clear the internal charge, through inner child healing and collecting those fragmented versions of yourself , and doing the inner work , those people either transform around you or naturally exit your field. Not because you pushed them away, because you stopped being a vibrational match.
