Saturday morning 2 week's left before back to school and driving the bus for me. Just sat down for a break from getting thing's ready for another set of grandkids..and thinking about my mom 😐. As long as I can remember we tried to make our food choices as healthy as we were able too. My mom did the best she could like most mom's. Now today my thinking is that most often we really don't take into consider THE BRAIN . The most important part of us. It controls the way our body works, yes we put stuff into our body but the BRAIN decides what should happen to it. My mom has late stage ALZHEIMER'S. Today and everyday from now on my goal in life will be to make every effort to ensure that me and the rest of my family do everything we can and hope it's not too late for us. The first step for me was 8 months ago after 2 years of checking out essential oils I found the one's for me. Thank you Doterra.

So here I go! Did You Know that everything in life Stems from Emotions. The day we were born we came into the world crying. Our emotions tell our whole life story. You get up in the morning and how you feel will make your day. Today I was up early, some what of a goodnight but went to bed upset so felt a little sad made a coffee then decided that I didn't want my day to be a sad one kicked myself in the but....yes I can reach and made the decision to start my posting. Now I hope I have given you something to think about, I have laundry to do and some shopping so...here I go hope this helps you get your day going in a great way.
