How accessible is your business?
–Is your company website accessible? (95.9% of home pages have WCAG2 failures)
–Are all your building entrances and interior spaces accessible?
–Are all your communications (both internal and external) accessible?
–Is your *entire* recruitment process accessible? (including both in-person and virtual interviews, and online application processes)

*Everything* should be accessible to *everyone.* Regardless of whether they have a disability. But especially if they do.
