I heard something the other day that really stayed with me… that even in our deepest pain, there is pathway back to love. Not always right away, and not always in the way we expect, but it’s there. A mother labors through pain and meets love. The earth burns and, in time, new life returns. We grieve because we have loved so deeply. Even death leaves love behind in the hearts of those who remember, and carries it forward in ways we may not fully understand. So if you find yourself in the depths right now… in the ache, the confusion, the heaviness - don’t rush it or push it away. Just hold this gently: this moment is not the end of love. It may be reshaping it, revealing it, or guiding you back to it in a new way. Keep the faith in whatever way feels true for you, and trust that something tender is still moving beneath it all. Love has not left you. 🤍

I’m really happy to share that I’ve completed my Life Celebrant certification. 🤍

Even though I’ve been holding ceremonies for many years, this felt like a natural next step - especially in supporting families through loss, remembrance, and honouring the lives of those they love. There is a quiet honour in being invited into these moments.

Endings hold so much love - in the stories we share, the memories we carry, and the connection that continues in new ways.

While we say goodbye, something else begins… a different kind of relationship, where we carry those we love in our hearts, in our breath, and in the small, meaningful ways we continue to feel them near.🥰

To hold space for both grief and love in this way is something I feel deeply called to.

For now, I’ll be focusing on funeral and celebration of life ceremonies (weddings and handfastings may come in time 😊)

My website isn’t updated just yet, but I wanted to share this here - just in case you or someone you know is needing a celebrant.

It would truly be an honour to walk alongside you. 🤍

BLESSED EARTH DAY 🌿

“When you realize heart & earth are spelled with the same letters… it all starts to make sense.”

I have to say, it does break my heart sometimes how disconnected we’ve become. Where it can feel like we move through life without truly seeing or honouring the beauty and magick that surrounds us. The Earth gives and gives - she holds us, nourishes us, and creates space for us to live, and yet we often take that for granted until something shifts or is taken away. I notice in my own life how important it is to consciously come back into relationship with her. Every morning when I go for a walk, I slow down, I breathe, I feel the air, the ground beneath me, and I remember. And what I’ve come to realize is that when we return to our hearts, we begin to hear her again, her song, her wisdom, her quiet presence. She lives within us as we live within her. Maybe that’s the invitation today… to step outside, to feel the Earth beneath your feet, and to gently come back home to your heart. 🌍💚

No matter what kind of holy hell yesterday threw at you…. today is your reset button.

Every sunrise whispers: begin again.
And if things go sideways? Begin again. And again. And again.

Don’t let yesterday’s weight drag into today.

What matters is this moment, this breath, this choice.

So ask yourself: What can I do today, right now, to move toward light, toward love, toward the life I want?

Every day is an opportunity to begin anew. 🌅💫
