APRIL 2026: THE RESET FOR THE LIGHTWORKER FIELD. By Rebecca James. ♥️

I know everyone’s absolutely knackered right now, and this isn’t just “end of month tired” this is end of cycle tired. So just take a second and actually feel where you are. This time last year, April was the point the soul boot camp began. Not the idea of it… the real thing. The year everything got stripped back, exposed, broken down to truth.

The Year of the Snake running through the field, shedding what wasn’t real, forcing endings you couldn’t avoid, collapsing timelines you thought you were still living in. That wasn’t light work. That was a full year of being stretched, tested, pushed through things you didn’t choose but your soul knew you couldn’t bypass. And you walked it. You didn’t skip it. You didn’t avoid it. You lived it. So look where you were then… and look where you are now. No wonder you’re exhausted.

And now here we are, end of March again, right on the edge of April, but this time the sky isn’t asking you to go deeper… it’s shifting everything forward at once. April is stacked. Not one or two transits, a full concentration of planetary energy in Aries. A stellium. A traffic jam of fire sitting in the first sign of the zodiac, the point of initiation, identity, and forward movement.

You’ve got the Sun moving through Aries, Mercury entering Aries mid-month bringing the mind back online, Mars entering Aries and activating the body and action, and then the heavier layers sitting behind it, Saturn bringing structure, Neptune shifting out of dissolution into embodiment, Chiron still running the healing thread through identity. This is why it doesn’t feel like another emotional clearing… because it’s not. This is everything being pulled into one direction at the same time. Forward.

April opens on a Full Moon in Libra, and that’s the final mirror. Relationships, dynamics, people pleasing, emotional ties… all of it comes up one last time to be seen clearly. Not to process again, not to loop, but to close. That’s why the field feels quiet and heavy at the same time, because it’s finishing.

And then the ignition hits. Mars into Aries is the spark. Mercury into Aries is the clarity. And then the New Moon in Aries lands mid-month, and that’s the actual reset point. Not a soft reset, a full clean slate. Aries is the first sign. This is a zero point. A rebirth. Not of who you were, but of who you are after everything you’ve just walked through.

Then the shift grounds. The Sun moves into Ta**us and everything that was ignited starts to land in the body, in reality, in your life. This is where it becomes real. Not something you’re working through, something you’re living. And then right at the end of the month, Uranus moves into Gemini, and this is where the frequency shifts even further. Sudden realisations, faster timelines, new ways of thinking, communication changing, the pace picking up. This isn’t just a monthly shift, this is the start of a new longer cycle that pushes everything forward even faster.

Here are the dates of this alignments:

April 2026 Transit Dates 🪐

• April 2 | Full Moon in Libra
• April 9 | Mars enters Aries
• April 11 | Mercury enters Aries
• April 17 | New Moon in Aries
• April 19 | Sun enters Ta**us
• April 19 | Venus enters Ta**us
• April 25 | Uranus enters Gemini

Lightworker Field Collective Message: ✨

This is the reset the lightworker field has been working towards through this entire year. Not another phase of clearing, not another layer to move through, but the point where everything you’ve already done begins to hold. You’re not in the breakdown anymore, you’re standing after it, even if your body hasn’t fully caught up with that yet.

That’s why the field feels the way it does right now, quiet, flat, exhausted, not because nothing is happening, but because everything that needed to be cleared has already moved and there’s nothing left pulling you back in the same way. This is where it settles. Where what you’ve become doesn’t collapse. Where the patterns don’t land the same, the triggers don’t hook the same, and the pull to go back just isn’t there like it was before.

And this is where the Fire Horse energy comes in, not to push you back into chaos, but to move you forward from what now holds. Not forced movement, not rushed action, but a natural forward current that begins to carry you because the weight of the past cycle is no longer sitting on you in the same way. You’re not being asked to do more, you’re not being pulled into deeper processing, you’re being moved forward from what’s already complete. This is the shift into embodiment, where the work you’ve done becomes your new baseline rather than something you’re still trying to stabilise.

Wave One ✨

April lands as stabilisation. The pressure of carrying the field, of going first, of holding everything together through the breakdown phase, drops into something more contained. You are no longer being pulled into everything around you or required to hold the same weight. Your energy comes back to your own path. What you’ve anchored now holds without constant effort, and your focus shifts into your mission in a way that feels grounded and clear.

Wave Two ✨

April lands as movement. The in-between you’ve been navigating resolves, and what you’ve been feeling begins to translate into direction. You are no longer sitting in the space between clearing and becoming, you are stepping into it. Your voice strengthens, your actions align more easily, and your role within the field becomes something you move with rather than something you are trying to understand.

Wave Three ✨

April lands as grounding. The intensity you have been moving through settles into something more stable, allowing you to become present in your body and your reality. You are not being pulled through constant internal change anymore, you are beginning to build from what has already been cleared. This is where your foundation starts to take form in a way that feels manageable and real.

Final Message: 💗

You’ve made it through the hardest part. The cycle that began this time last year has closed, even if your body is still catching up with that. The exhaustion you feel isn’t failure, it’s completion. April isn’t here to break you down again, it’s here to move you forward from everything you’ve already become.

This isn’t just the end of a month, or even the end of a year. This is the moment the entire journey has been leading to. For years you’ve been walking this path, following the shifts, the activations, the breakdowns, the upgrades, the constant clearing, trusting something you couldn’t always fully see but knew you had to keep moving with. The soul resonance didn’t just switch on, it locked you in. It took you through everything that wasn’t real, everything that couldn’t hold, everything that had to fall away so you could stand in truth.

That’s why it’s been so intense. That’s why it’s taken so much out of you. Because this was never just about growth, it was about reaching this point. And now you’re here, at a moment the lightworker field has never actually stood in before. Not preparing, not clearing, not becoming… but arriving at something that holds. We remembered and found our way back home to ourselves. And that’s why you feel like this right now. Not wired, not activated, but exhausted. Because your system has just come through a full cycle of dismantling and rebuilding, and there’s nothing left to clear in the same way. The body drops. The energy quietens. Everything pauses for a second before it moves again.

So if all you feel right now is like you want to sleep, switch off, or just not engage with anything at all… let that be exactly where you are. Don’t question it. Don’t fight it. Because this isn’t you falling back, this is you standing at the end of something that has taken years to complete. And April… is where it begins to move. Not as another test, not as another breakdown, but as forward motion from everything you’ve already become.

I hope this specific message and transmission right now helps you and gives you the reassurance you need. Hold the line light-worker field the reset is coming. And just remember how far you have come to reach this moment. No wonder you’re exhausted so listen to your body and don’t feel guilty and it’s okay to rest right now.

While studying at Juilliard in the early 1970s, Robin Williams quietly began doing something his classmates would only understand years later.

Some of them were struggling to survive.

Theater training at The Juilliard School demanded complete focus, but many students were living close to the edge financially. Rent in New York was rising, part-time jobs were scarce, and some actors were skipping meals just to stay enrolled.

Williams noticed.

Rather than offering sympathy, he acted quietly. Several classmates later discovered that when someone faced eviction or fell behind on rent, an anonymous payment would suddenly appear. At the time, no one knew where the help came from.

Only years later did former students compare stories and realize the same person had helped many of them.

Robin Williams had been paying their rent.

He never attached his name to the assistance and never mentioned it publicly. To him, money functioned as a practical tool. If financial pressure threatened someone’s ability to focus on acting, removing that pressure felt like the obvious solution.

Protect the creative space.

Let the work continue.

Even during those early years, Williams was already studying people with extraordinary attention. He carried small notebooks filled with observations about voices, rhythms of speech, accents, and unusual phrasing.

Taxi drivers.

Cashiers.

Airport workers.

Strangers in elevators.

These everyday encounters became part of his creative process. He listened carefully to cadence, pauses, and the musical quality of how people spoke. Many of the voices that later appeared in his performances were built from these observations.

Comedy, for Williams, wasn’t random chaos.

It was careful listening.

His reputation for generosity followed him into film sets as his career expanded through movies like “Dead Poets Society” (1989) and “Good Will Hunting” (1997). Crew members occasionally found themselves in financial trouble when productions stalled or funding delays interrupted payroll.

On several occasions, Williams quietly stepped in.

Instead of allowing workers to wait weeks for wages, he covered the payments himself so grips, electricians, and assistants could support their families. For many on set, the situation resolved so quickly they didn’t initially know what had happened.

Work simply continued.

Studios also learned that working with Williams required unusual preparation. His improvisational style meant scripts rarely stayed fixed during filming. Productions sometimes hired staff whose sole job was to track his ad-libs and new lines so editors could maintain continuity.

Unpredictability became part of the workflow.

Yet despite his fame, Williams treated people on set without hierarchy. Background actors often remembered him as the only leading star who consistently introduced himself, asked their names, and spoke with them between takes.

Conversation replaced distance.

That same instinct appeared during hospital visits. Williams frequently visited children’s hospitals, but instead of focusing attention on himself, he wrote handwritten notes thanking nurses and caregivers for their patience and dedication.

The messages were simple.

Personal.

And meant for the people who rarely received recognition.

Across decades of work, these quiet actions revealed a pattern. Robin Williams moved through environments with intense awareness of others — noticing stress, listening to voices, and stepping in where help was needed.

Not for applause.

But because, to him, kindness was simply another form of presence.

How often is it that we are all only playing a well-crafted persona???

How often is it that we are all only playing a well-crafted persona???

His name was Joaquin Phoenix. And for nearly two years, he convinced the world he had lost his mind.
Phoenix had earned his reputation the hard way. In 2000, he played the calculating, reptilian Emperor Commodus in Gladiator — a performance so chilling it earned him his first Academy Award nomination. In 2005, he played Johnny Cash in Walk the Line, inhabiting the Man in Black with such precision and musical authenticity that it brought him a second Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe. He was considered one of the most serious and committed actors of his generation.
Then, in October 2008, he announced he was done with acting.
He was going to make rap music instead.
The entertainment press treated it as a genuine story, which was exactly the reaction he and his collaborator — director and brother-in-law Casey Affleck — had planned for. Phoenix began growing his beard out into something vast and unkempt. He gained weight. He started appearing at public events in sunglasses, speaking in slow, disconnected sentences, behaving in ways that seemed to suggest either a serious personal crisis or a complete abandonment of social norms.
Then came the Letterman appearance.
February 11, 2009. Phoenix arrived at The Late Show in dark glasses, thick beard, rumpled clothing. He barely answered questions. His responses came out as mumbles or non-sequiturs. He seemed either profoundly unwell or profoundly uninterested in being present at all. The audience laughed nervously. Letterman — who was not told about the project beforehand and had no idea what was happening — worked the situation with visible confusion, eventually closing the interview with the line that became the episode's epitaph: "Joaquin, I'm sorry you couldn't be here tonight."
The clip spread immediately. It dominated entertainment news for days. People debated furiously whether Phoenix was experiencing a breakdown, whether he was on drugs, whether his career had simply and catastrophically imploded. Some suspected a stunt but couldn't be sure — the performance was too sustained, too committed, and too strange to dismiss easily.
Phoenix continued for months more. He attempted actual rap performances in public — most infamously at a Las Vegas club where he appeared dishevelled and fell off the stage, the clip immediately posted to YouTube by a spectator writing "hopefully this is all a joke." He worked with Sean Combs, who told him his music wasn't ready. He gave rambling, incoherent interviews. He stayed in character at public appearances while dropping it privately, with only close friends and family knowing the truth.
Throughout, Casey Affleck filmed everything.
In September 2010, the film — titled I'm Still Here — premiered at the Venice Film Festival. It was a mockumentary, a carefully constructed portrait of celebrity, identity, and the machinery of fame, following Phoenix's "transformation" from serious actor to struggling rapper with cinema verité authenticity. Affleck confirmed what many had suspected: it had all been a performance. The retirement announcement, the beard, the Letterman interview, the rap performances — constructed from the beginning as material for the film.
The project had grown from Phoenix's genuine fascination with the way audiences accepted reality television as unscripted — how easily people believed what they were shown, how quickly a coherent public identity could be dismantled, and how hungry the media was to consume the spectacle of a famous person falling apart.
I'm Still Here received mixed reviews — some found it fascinating, others tedious — and earned only around $626,000 at the worldwide box office. But as a piece of cultural performance, it remains extraordinary: nearly two years of sustained public commitment to a character designed to destroy the reputation of the person playing it.
Phoenix returned to acting quietly. In 2012, he delivered a deeply unsettling performance in Paul Thomas Anderson's The Master as a volatile, damaged drifter drawn into a cult-like organisation — a role that earned him his third Academy Award nomination. In 2013, he starred in Her, Spike Jonze's tender and strange film about a man who falls in love with an artificial intelligence. Both films confirmed what the stunt period had temporarily obscured: he was still one of the most gifted actors working.
Then came Joker. In 2019, Phoenix played Arthur Fleck — a struggling clown and comedian who unravels into the DC villain — with a physical and psychological commitment that was almost painful to watch. The performance was impossible to look away from. At the 92nd Academy Awards in 2020, he won Best Actor, finally taking the Oscar that his career had long seemed destined to earn.
In his acceptance speech, he spoke about second chances and the capacity for change — themes that sat differently given what everyone in the room knew he had put himself through in the years between Walk the Line and that stage.
The Letterman interview is still watched today. It holds up as one of the most genuinely strange things to air on late night television, a man so committed to a character that even the host he was sitting with could not tell where reality ended.
Letterman's final line to him — "Joaquin, I'm sorry you couldn't be here tonight" — turned out to be wrong.
Phoenix was there the entire time. He simply wasn't playing himself.

Recent research found that our mitochondria communicate with each other using light, showing that humans are truly light beings at a cellular level.

Mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of our cells, emit tiny bursts of biophotons, subtle flashes of light that carry information across cells.

This cellular communication could coordinate energy, metabolism, and even influence overall health, suggesting that light plays a fundamental role in how our bodies function.

Understanding biophoton signaling opens doors to exploring how energy and information flow in living systems, and it connects biology with quantum and photonic phenomena.

The discovery reminds us that life is more luminous than it seems, and that our bodies are not just chemical machines, they are radiant, interconnected networks of light and energy.
