From our very first class to over 2,300 classes, 15,000 individual visits, and countless memories — thank you for growing with us. 🌿

We’ve danced through hip hop yoga nights, meditated under full moons, shared tea, laughter, and stillness. Together we’ve built something truly special — a space to move, breathe, and belong.

A huge thank you to Leah, our amazing studio manager, and to every teacher and student who has made this studio what it is. You are the heart of Coast Flow. 💛

🌕 Full Moon Anniversary Gathering: Tea, Sound, Meditation & Reiki with Leah, Zoe, Melissa and Chelsea🌕

We’re celebrating two years of Coast Flow Sechelt with an evening of community, reflection, and renewal. ✨

Under the November Full Moon — a time for gathering energy and preparing for winter’s quiet — we’ll share tea, sound, meditation, and Reiki in a nurturing circle of connection.

Begin the evening with a long table tea lounge, guided tasting, and space to connect with friends and fellow students. Then, settle in as soothing sound bath vibrations, guided full moon meditation, and group Reiki invite you to release what feels heavy and align with the season’s shift. 🌿

💛 Farewell & Gratitude for Tina 💛

This week we’re sending so much love and blessings to Tina as she teaches her final classes this Friday at 9:30 AM and 11 AM in Gibsons before moving to Australia! 🇦🇺

Tina has been with Coast Flow since almost the very beginning, and she’s poured her heart into building her classes, supporting her students, and nurturing our community with warmth and care. We’ll miss her radiant energy and the steady, loving presence she’s brought to the studio.
