All of us grow and strengthen from our storms as long as we believe in ourselves and find unconditional love within us, share it and cherish it from others.

I know personally my ‘hard times and moments that broke me’ are also the same
ones that helped me recreate myself into someone who is caring, loving, compassionate, adventurous, reverent and a good heart.

March Empowerment Card for the Day!

I chose not to post this weekend for this reason actually 🥰
My original plan for March was to post a card daily to best support everyone for light hearted guidance.
Life had another plan for me this weekend and I remained in the flow direction … and trusted it.

I chose my needs and much needed focus to deal with some family and dear friends needs and emergencies rather than post a card each morning. I trusted my decision wouldn’t upset anyone as they would hopefully understand that I needed my focus to not be on work and supporting others at this time.
I wasn’t going to post this but i chose to as we all have moments like this.
Choose others needs first.
Choose our needs first.
Choose to support others or ourselves or our families or work.
Receive support from others instead of defeating or dismissing offers of support.

I truly hope this week that you will slow down and hold yourself accountable for your own needs, your own support and wellness…inside and out.
This week is also the Spring Equinox rising up within us all.
