Supplement, noun.
A thing added to something else to complete or enhance it.
As a coach I often hear clients say they are using their shakes to replace a meal, so I’m here to clarify; supplements are only meant to add nutritional value to your diet, not to replace anything.
Say it louder for the people in the back! Supplements do not REPLACE..greens, proteins, nutrients or meals, you still have to eat real, healthy food!
That being said, if used properly supplements can provide a whole host of health benefits. Here are the top 4 supplements that I’ve been taking, plus one that I’ve been waiting to try.
Benemax Chlorophyll drops
10 drops of these in a glass of water or (all natural pomegranate juice for me lately) to help detoxify the system and help with digestion.
These drops, paired with a very green diet over the past week, have me down about 3 lbs and feeling so much less bloated!
Nature's Bounty Canada Turmeric capsules
One of these each has has made such a difference in my arthritis and joint pain over the past 2 months. would recommend.
Jamieson Vitamins Biotin Gummies
Biotin supports healthy hair, skin and nails. It’s only recommended to take these for one month. My month is almost up and my nails have never been longer or stronger. 💅🏼
