⭐️Every session I will share briefly on a topic (sleep, feeding etc) with the opportunity for a Q&A with ME—- Registered Nurse, IBCLC Lactation Consultant & Sleep Coach!

The Mini Clover space is set up with toys, tables & couches! And there will also be coffee for you to grab or dirty sodas you can grab from upstairs!

This month’s session we’ll be chatting about sleep regressions!

My theme for 2026: Connection & Community ✨

Reflecting on the last year fills me with SO much gratitude! supporting families through pregnancy, feeding, sleep & postpartum has been such an honor!

Watching parents gain confidence with less anxiety and stress, and see them come into their own, is SIMPLY THE BEST! 🎶 (Thank you Tina Turner!)

⭐️Want to know the BEST method to feed your baby solids?

The BEST METHOD is: whatever method works best for you & you baby!

I will always recommend following safe practice guidelines (and where I live, those are by The Canadian Pediatric Society & Alberta Health Services)

HOWEVER

There are multiple safe options:
* purées
* Baby led weaning
* A combination of both!

Starting solids and first foods are such an exciting adventure!

✨Knowledge is CONFIDENCE!
And confidence will help you make the best INFORMED CHOICE for your family!
