Why as a society do we think emotions are bad? Why do some have such an aversion to it? Is it because of fear of losing “control” or a formed piece of old identity that is stuck past timelines so unconscious perceptions and judgements get projected out?

I have experienced and maybe we all have. I want to speak my truth regarding this because I believe it is actually sabotaging good friendships and the community as a whole. It has the potential to fuel misunderstandings and blur clarity during communication of what is really wanting to be expressed. Or to actually get to the truth of the matter.

Emotions are our superpower. They are connected to our divinity as our gauge for our intuition. They help us heal the heart and free us from suppression of mental, emotional or physical pain. Sometimes emotions can be backed by unprocessed grief and trauma that are still running the physiology within our nervous systems. Yet a lot are quick to judge and society seems to have a tougher time open to discuss this topic in a safe neutral room. Some claim neutrality even though they are still walking around with unprocessed emotions that is projecting their judgements from past experiences or the last memories of being present with the person. I know we all at times can do this ~ we are humans and experience the dualities of positive and negative thoughts and energy.

When you judge someone for being too emotional, could it be your own repressed emotions actually looking in the mirror of that person that's being reflected back to you? From a spiritual perspective, we’re all one and from a quantum physics perspective, the consciousness field is a feedback loop system. We are continuously vibrating frequencies from our mind and body intelligence into the field. I am beginning to understand that it's our responsibility for our energy at all times. Especially when our egoic little i mind wants to allow projections from the subconscious of this unprocessed energy in motion.

Holding neutrality is 2 fold. Allowing your energy to be one with all that is and supporting the other's higher consciousness by knowing and trusting that they have everything they need for themselves, you don’t have to try to do anything. Even though, you may know how to help them. Yet, also using your emotional awareness to not judge them or silently while they are being vulnerable with you, project your judgements and insecurities back out onto them.

I see this at times in the spiritual community. Unprocessed emotional grief or trauma is being used like a weapon by the ones we hold dearest and trust with our biggest secrets that might have at a time fuelled shame, fear, or embarrassing responses via the nervous system for us.

In spiritual psychology school, we’re taught that the laws of the universe are always in motion. So before you judge another check yourself first especially if you are triggered in any way. What you put in the field might perpetuate continued suffering, blame, and comparison mode in sisterhood, and it can be detrimental to your health too. We are responsible for everything we create, whether it’s harmony or discordance, love or fear, neutrality or judgment.

No one can force you to do your inner work. I know I am committed to clearing my soul and being in alignment with the truth of my divinity by serving and helping others do their inner work and ascending together to the highest timelines.

I am activated right now!! I am ready to build the underground pass of our new earth with the ones who are ready for this level of love so we can truly create peace in all areas of life.

Hi Loves. Yesterday’s online Divine Spiritual Breath class for our book release was so beautiful 💗 I am honoured and grateful for all the vulnerability and openness with everyone’s shares.

This is why I wake up and want to serve as a spiritual teacher!!

I love community connections and the fact we can do this practice in the comfort of our homes across the globe is amazing!

There will be more classes and some new workshops on the horizon.

Thank you again for supporting me, even if you bought the book and were unable to attend the class. Your support is felt.

Becoming an author, and sharing the stories I was ashamed to tell, no doubt tested my boundaries of vulnerability. It’s like you’re fully exposed and naked, questioning if its worth risking your self image, being “safe” and “secure” from what others think of you, what your family will say and who you will be on the other side of it.

I can humbly say that I didn’t explode and I’m still here lol and that being a human isn’t always easy. Keep going on your path and keep looking for inspiration to heal, release and grow no matter what.

Woke up in a divine appointment at 530am hit my mat and chanted the mul mantra. Then my love asked me for a breakfast date and a total stranger bought us our meals, he left before we got to say thank you!! I was so moved, that tears welled up and down my cheeks - It healed my soul🥹🥰

Turns out we were #2 already that day so we kept the ripple going and asked the waitress to pick #3.

Thank you to who ever you are🙏🏻 this moved me today. It was a divine appointment of healing the separation I’ve been feeling lately. Thank you for the powerful reminder to remember the truth that kind people are always here, and this is the world I am living in 💗 I am grateful 🙏🏻
