Cara is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach who offers tips, tricks and problem solving. Get the most out of the products by taking them as directed, but here are some tweaks if you're running into a few snags.

1) Green Pill: First thing in morning with complex carbs, protein and healthy fats (watch video for recommendations) with 16 oz of water.

2) TIP: don't take the green pill with other caffein because the product works best when its isolated. Wait at least two hours for additional caffein or sugar.

3) TIP: DRINK WATER! Half your body weight in water add Hydr8 to akalize the water.

4) TIP: Eat well 80% of the time - make good choices.

5) TIP: Increase your protein (1/3 your body weight in grams) Eat good fats!

6) TIP: Move your body daily (don't focus on scale)

7) Purple Pill: Bedtime or with dinner: Drink with 16oz of water

Hi everybody, Did an experiment this a.m.
These are a couple of stainless steel Scrubbies, one is the Norwex Spinnett, the other a Dollar store find. They started out looking identical, except one was a shade darker, both claimed to do the same job! Dollar store was 3/1.25 , Norwex was 2/7.99!
The Norwex one I had already cleaned my very baked on dirty oven with, Along with the Norwex paste.
This a.m. I took that one and the new dollar store one and started to clean my broiler pan. Started out doing half with each and dish water of course. Seemed almost equal. By the time I got half way through , the dollar store one was almost shredding and is very mushy looking. Finished with Norwex, along with the paste of course as the grease was baked on!
Which one is the Norwex? The one that is still shiny, with its cur lines still in shape, and ready to take on the next dirty job! The other is ready to toss! Useless! Yeaaaahhhh Norwex! Again..... You get what you pay for!

For those who haven't tried this. It really tastes amazing and not too cabbagy 😉
Cabbage bread

Ingredients
1/4 of grated cabbage
2 eggs
1tsp baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs Coconut Oil

Method:
Grate the Cabbage into a microwave safe square container,then in a bowl mix 2 eggs and a tsp of baking powder.
Add grated cabbage, stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
Microwave for +- 8 mins depending on your microwave.
Once out of m/wave, heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the bread on both sides until browned.
Add your favourite fillings.

Keto Bread Rolls

1 1/2 cups part skim low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz full fat cream cheese

1 1/3 cups super fine almond flour*

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 1/2 tbsp aluminum free double acting baking powder

3 large eggs one egg is reserved for egg wash

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder. Set aside.

Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover the cream cheese with mozzarella (this will prevent the cream cheese from overheating and making a mess in your microwave). Melt in the microwave at 30 second intervals. After each 30 seconds, stir cheese until cheese is completely melted and uniform and resembles a dough in appearance (see photo for reference). This should only take around 1 minute total cooking time. Do not try to microwave the full time at once because some of the cheese will overcook. You can also melt the cheeses over the stove in a double boiler.

Allow cheese dough to cool slightly (only a few minutes) so that it is still warm to the touch but not too hot. If the cheese is too hot it will cook the eggs. But don't let the cheese cool down completely because then it will turn hard and you will not be able to blend it with the other dough ingredients.

Add cheese, 2 eggs (remember the third egg is for the egg wash finish at the end only), and almond flour mixture into a food processor with dough blade attachment. Pulse on high speed until the dough is uniform. The dough will be quite sticky, which is normal.

Scoop out dough with a spatula and place onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and knead a few times with the dough inside the plastic wrap until you have a uniform dough ball. Lightly coat your hands with oil and divide dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each dough between your palms until it forms a smooth round ball. Place dough balls onto baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.

Add the final egg to a small bowl and whisk. Generously brush the surface of rolls with egg wash.

Bake rolls for about 21-23 minutes in the middle rack of your oven, or until rolls are golden brown. Rolls are best eaten hot.

Notes:

These bread rolls should be eaten hot. When they cool down, the cheese condenses and the rolls become hard. You can reheat leftovers in the microwave, toaster oven or oven.

Keto Berry Mug Cake

1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
2 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon swerve
1 table spoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
6 blackberries

Take tryout butter and cream cheese and place it in your mug. Put in microwave for 20 seconds.

Take it out and stir. Now add all dry ingredients then add vanilla and egg (make sure you best the egg before adding it). Mix it all together.

Now place the berries in and make sure they are mixed in good and not on top.

Put in microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

Enjoy!
