1) Green Pill: First thing in morning with complex carbs, protein and healthy fats (watch video for recommendations) with 16 oz of water.
2) TIP: don't take the green pill with other caffein because the product works best when its isolated. Wait at least two hours for additional caffein or sugar.
3) TIP: DRINK WATER! Half your body weight in water add Hydr8 to akalize the water.
4) TIP: Eat well 80% of the time - make good choices.
5) TIP: Increase your protein (1/3 your body weight in grams) Eat good fats!
6) TIP: Move your body daily (don't focus on scale)
