MEET SOPHIE

Say Hello! to Sophie, our newest instructor and your soon-to-be favorite reason to crank the resistance

Favourite track to teach?
⚡ The Attack Track — because nothing beats watching riders push past the limits they once thought were impossible.

Why spin?
💛 Sophie became a spin instructor to encourage and support others in becoming the best versions of themselves—on and off the bike.

When she’s not riding…
You’ll find her soaking up time with friends and family, getting competitive over board games, baking up a storm (and gifting the goods ), or watching New Girl on repeat.

Favourite song?
Helena – My Chemical Romance (but fair warning… she loves ALL music, so expect variety).

You’re invited to Mike’s Men’s Mental Health Ride—a special by-donation class on Tuesday, the 25th at 7:30 PM.
All proceeds support the Resource Centre for Su***de Prevention.

Let’s come together as a community to support the men in our lives.
Men, this is a safe space to show up for yourselves and each other.

Shout out to everyone who came out to celebrate with us yesterday! You are all absolutely incredible. The love, the laughter… and okay fine, a few tears (from me 😂) — it was everything.

I couldn’t have asked for a better day surrounded by better people. My heart is so full. 💚
