Everyone wants to heal ....
Until the medicine shows up as

-Discipline
-Eating clean
-Sleeping on time
-Waking up early
-Meditating
-working out
-Saying "No" & setting boundaries
-Journaling
-Gratitude, compassion & vulnerability
-Going all in on yourself

Popping a pill or stacking a bunch of supplements is easy .... but the real work happens at a level of the Mind

If your loss or confused and don't know what to work on, start by working on yourself first
Everything else will follow

GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

I always thought that was just some cool s**t to say when your out drinking and partying with your friends

But as time goes on, the saying stays the same but the meaning changes

I belive its all about giving 100% on whatever it is that your doing
Its about not half assing  your dreams & goals
Its about seeing how far you can move the needle
It's about seeing how far you can push yourself and what your truly capable of
Dig fu***ng deep and push your limits further than you thought were possible

Its truley amazing what the human body is capable of and how connected we are to manifestation. So make it fu***ng happnen

This might be in the gym,work or trying to learn a new skill or hobby

If your not willing to try something and put your best foot forward and give it your all ... go home

And sometimes going home  "IS" the answer.
It doesn't make you weak, it just means that your not ready or it wasn't truly meant for you

But once you make up your mind that your going to do something, give it your all
Take the risk !!!
Don't just dip your toe in
Jump the f**k in!!!

And go hard as f**k
